There are many advantages to taking part in Yoga, but unlike other exercises there are many different yoga poses to be learned which is why I have decided to tell you about some of the main ones so that you can learn this age old art of stretching to give yourself a better body, relaxation and improve your inner strength.

Yoga has been around since ancient times when people would use it to relax and create good karma around themselves. When most of us think of the practice we often imagine people who contort their bodies into all sorts of positions that the normal human should not even attempt. Most Americans have probably heard of The Tour de France, but one might be hard-pressed to find someone who actually sat down and watched any portion of the race. However, this typical American approach to the race is in no way indicative of what happens in Europe, when everyone is literally on the edge of their seat for almost a month, watching their favorite riders barrel down mountain passes or try to get ahead of one another on the flat stretches.

There are many people who are concerned about the accuracy of heart rate monitors and are therefore worried that they might not be good to use when exercising. There is in reality nothing to be worried about since a heart rate monitor will use many factors to determine the rate and if it is wrong, it is probably because someone didn’t ensure accuracy. If properly used, the results are almost always very accurate.
