We all know that tummy fat isn’t the loveliest thing to have a look at ; it is basically additional fat that we are dragging about with us and has little or no purpose. It serves no beneficial use, and it is our own fault that we are hauling it about. Sadly that statement is direct to the point and probably true.

Having an idea of which exercises are a waste of time is just as important as having an idea of which exercises are the best. Unfortunately, some of the most prescribed arm exercises are extremely ineffective.
